Aloo ki sabji for Poori recipe is very easy. This aloo curry recipe made with mashed boiled potatoes in some spices and without onion and garlic. Unlike other typical Indian curries, it requires minimal ingredients to prepare and requires only a few minutes to prepare it. it is an ideal spicy curry served with any type of poori like plain poori, rice poori, beetroot poori, bedami poori, even you can served with any types of Indian chapatis, paratha or even with plain rice.
You can make this recipe for fasting also just add sendha namak instead of normal salt.

Ingredients-
2 medium sized boil potato
1 tspn cumin seeds
1 tspn dhaniya powder
1 tspn bhuan zeera powder
2-3 whole red chilli
1 tspn chopped ginger or paste
½ tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn red chilli powder (kashmeeri mirch)
1 tspn oil
Method-
Take a pan heat oil add zeera, red chilli, bay leaf, saute for sec.
Now add tomato paste or finally chopped saute till soften tomato,
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder 1/2 tspn garam masala and salt to taste and cook on medium flame for 2 min.
Cook on low flame till the tomatoes are cooked and oil starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Now add boiled and mashed potato mix properly with masala.
Mix well and add 2 cup of water cook on low flame for 5 min.
Garnish with coriander leave and serve with Bedami Poori.
This aloo gravy you can serve with any type of Poori.
