Ingredients-
One cup oats
One cup suji
One chopped beetroot
2 tbsp. chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. chopped spring onion
2 tbsp. chopped tomato
2 tbsp. grated carrot
2-3 chopped green chilli
Half cup green peas (frozen)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. Dhaniya patti
1 tsp. chilli flakes
½ tsp. black pepper powder
Oil for cooking
Method-
Take one cup oats and add in grinder and make fine powder keep aside.
After that add one cup suji and make fine powder keep aside.
And take chopped beetroot and add in grinder and make fine paste.
Take mixing bowl add oats and suji powder and add beetroot paste and make batter with help of water.
Now add chopped vegetables like grated carrot, chopped spring onion, chopped cabbage, chopped tomato, one cup of green peas and green chilli.
Now mix well all ingredients if need add more water.
Now add chopped dhaniya and chilli flakes and ½ tspn black powder.
Mix well and keep rest for 10 min.
Now take pan heat and add one spoon batter and make small pan cake.
Cook well from both sides till crisp.
Now pan cake is ready serve with green chutney and curd.
