Bread Potato Roll

Preparation time- 5 min.

Cooking time-10min.

Recipe type- Snacks

Serves: 2 person

Ingredients

Bread Slices – 4

Grated Cheese as needed

Cornflour / Cornstarch – 2 tblsp

All purpose flour 2 tbspn

Chilli flakes- 2 tbspn

Black pepper- 1 tspn

Water – ¼ cup

Oil for pan frying

Method-

Take bread slices, cut the sides of all 4 bread slices.

Spread the grated  cheese  over the bread, and sprinkle the chilli flakes.

Sprinkle the little peper powder and very little salt.

Cover with other bread slice.

Now cut it into bite size pieces.

 

Mix 2 tbspn corn flour and 2 tbspn maida add water make a paste.

Dip the pieces in the cornflour paste.

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the bread slices in them till crispyof both side.

Drain out on tissue peper and serve with tomato ketchup.

 

Note-

If u don’t have corn flour u can make thin better of besan dip and fry.

You can add finally chopped coriander leaves or pizza herbs on bread slices after spreading cheese.  

You can use cheese slices also.
