Bread Doughnuts recipe is very easy to make and delicious recipe. A simple deep fried snacks prepared from potato and bread and vegetable. It is an ideal birthday party and kitty party starter snacks which can also be served as Sunday breakfast or evening snacks.

Preparation Time- 10 min.

Cooking Time- 5-8 min.

Bread 4 pieces white or brown

2 boiled and mashed potato

1 small onion chopped

1 small capsicum chopped

1 tspn chilli flakes

1 tspn chaat masala

1 tspn roasted jeera powder

2-3 green chilli chopped

1 tspn gingerer paste or chopped

Coriander leave chopped

Salt to taste



Soaked bread in water squeeze and keep in bowl.

Mix mashed potato, onion, capsicum, green chilli, ginger salt chaat masala, red chilli flakes, salt jeera powder and coriander leaves.

Mix all ingredients properly and make like dough.

Keep rest for 5 min.

Now grease your hand and take mixture and make doughnut shape of mixture.


Heat oil in pan and deep fry all doughnuts golden colour from both side.

Doughnuts are ready to serve.

Garnish and serve Sause and green chutney.
