Paneer Bread Roll is good snacks and party starter. It is very simple and quick recipe served with green chutney or tomato ketchup. This recipe is prepared very similar to the popular dish bread roll. Only the difference is stuffing of bread rolls. Bread rolls are prepared with boiled and mashed potato and paneer bread roll stuff with grated paneer.
Paneer bread rolls can be deep fried and shallow fry also. Shallow frying is much healthier and easier option.
Take Paneer grate and keep aside, add chat masala, jeera powder, chilli flakes or powder, green chili, coriander leaves and add salt. mix well keep aside.
Take the bread slices by trimming off the edges to remove browns.
Flatten the bread slices well with a chapati roller.
Make a thin paste of the corn flour or maida with little water. Brush the edges of the bread with this paste.
Place a Paneer mixture at one edge of the bread. Roll it and press off the edges on all sides to seal the edges.
Take a pan heat oil and fry all paneer rolls one by one.
If you don’t want to deep fry then take a tawa heat and spinkle some oil keep rolls for shallow fry.
Drain out roll on tissue paper. paneer rolls is ready for serve.
