Always,  I love making this healthy cutlets which can do shallow or deep fry. Carrot cutlet is very easy to make it is very healthy, tasty and kids friendly.

Any type of cutlet can be made in advance and kept in fridge. When you want to eat just remove after 10 min. Before frying.

Carrot cutlet is one of the best snacks to go in to lunch box or kids Tiffin box. Infect you can make these during tea time snack as well.

Potao Sweet Corn Cutlet

Preparation time- 10 min.

 

Cooking Time- 10 min.

Type- Snacks    

Serving- 3-4 people

Ingredients-

Carrot- 3-4 Grated

Potato- 2 medium sized boiled

Green chilli- 3-4 chopped

Zeera powder- ½ tspn roasted

Ginger- 1 tspn chopped

Coriander leaves chopped

Chat masala- 1 tespn

Chilli flacks- 1 tespn

Bread crumbs- 3-4 tbspn

Corn flour- 4 tbspn

Salt to taste

 

Method-

Take 3-4 carrot peel and washed properly and grate.

Take a pan add 2 cup of water and add grated carrot boil just for 2 min.

After that strain carrot and squeeze keep aside.

Take a plate or bowl add grated carrot, boiled potato, green chilli, ginger, roasted zeera powder, chilli flacks, chat masala, coriander leaves and salt.

Mix all ingredient well if need to add more corn flour you can add 1 tbspn more corn flour.

Mix well and make like a dough. Divide mixture into parts, make round or oval shape.

Take a small bowl add 2 tspn corn flour make a paste with water.

Take a plate add bread crumbs.

Now deep each cutlet in corn flour paste and roll in breadcrumbs. Bread crumbs should coat nicely and fry immediately. You can use for coating suji instead of breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in pan reduced the heat to medium and deep fry cutlet till brown colour and crisp on both the sides.

 

Drain out oil and place on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup with a cup of tea.
