Ingredients-
2 cup wheat flour
2-3 medium size gajar or carrot
1 tespn kalaungi or onion seed
2 spoon oil
½ tbspn ginger garlic paste
2-3 green chilli chopped
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Method-
Wash the carrot and peel them and grated
Take a bowl or thali and take wheat flour, grated carrot, salt, onion seed,
Green chilli, oil and coriander leaves mix properly.
Add sprinkle water and make a soft dough, and keep aside for 10 min.
Divide the dough in to small ball for making a puri.
Roll the balls in to puri size shapes.
Heat the oil in kadahi and deep fry the puris till they become crispy.
Serve hot with any type of pickle.
