This chili garlic vermicelli is healthier version of noodles. If you want to give noodles in your child lunchbox you can prepare this vermicelli and add in lunchbox.
While there are many ways to make chill garlic noodle, but you can add this healthy recipe. It’s also quick and easy recipe so this recipe is perfect for a casual lunch or breakfast and dinner also.
You can add more vegetable to make this recipe healthier.

Ingredients-
1 cup vermicelli
3-4 garlic cloves
2-3 red chili
1 tsp. oil
1 small size chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped ginger
1 chopped capsicum (cut in Julian)
2 tbsp. chopped spring onion
1 chopped carrot (cut in Julian)
1 tsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. red chili sauce
1 tsp. tomato sauce
1 tsp. green chili sauce
Salt to taste
- In a pan heat water until it comes to a boil
- Add pinch of salt and ½ tsp. oil, let it boil.
- Add vermicelli and boil just one min.
- Switched off flame and strain vermicelli wash properly with water strain them and keep aside.
- Take red chili and garlic clove make coarsely paste in grinder.
- Heat 1 tsp. oil in kadahi and add chili garlic paste and sauté for few sec.
- Then add the chopped ginger, onion spring onions and capsicum and carrot. Sauté all ingredients 2 min.
- Now add salt according to taste.
- Then add boiled vermicelli and mix with all ingredients.
- Now add soya sauce, chili Sause, tomato sauce and green chili sauce mix well.
- Cooke all ingredients properly and cook 2-3 min more.
- Add spring onion for finishing and serve hot.
