Chilke wali Aloo Bhujiya is a simple and humble recipe prepared in the households of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh especially in winter. It is very easy to make without any spices and garlic.It requires the common ingredients available in the kitchen pantry and doesn’t involve much complex cooking techniques. It can be served as breakfast with parathas or as lunch with rice and dal.

Ingredients-
Aloo 500 gram. (small size or baby potatoes)
½ tspn methi dana
½ turmeric powder
2-3 whole red chilli
Salt to taste
2 tbspn oil
Method –
Wash potato well and keep aside.
Do not peel potatoes and cut them in small pieces.
Take pan add oil, methi dana and red chilli saute seconds.
Add chopped potatoes and saute.
Now add salt and haldi powder mix cover and cook.
Reduce the flame cook until the potatoes are cooked completely.
After that open the lid and allow it to become crispy.
Once done, turn off flame and transfer in serving bowl garnish with chopped dhaniya patti
And serve with chapatti, poori, paratha or dal-chawal.
