During the winter season, we love to eat different type of snacks with cup of tea. Among many varieties of evening snack. One of snacks recipe I will share today that is very crispy and cruchy. It is Corn Bhajiya. It has very unique recipe. Kids likes very much to eat corn bhajiya.

we add rice flour with gram flour with corn and its make very crunchy and crispy bahjiya. It is very easy to make evening snacks.

This bhajiya need very less ingredients.

Usually, this type of corn bhajiya  is served as starter recipes in your kitty parties and birthday party of your kids with tomato ketchup. Hope you will like this recipe too much.

Preparation time- 2 min.

Cooking time- 5 min.

Serve- 2 person

Cousin- Evening snacks



Frozen corn- 1 cup

2 tbspn besan

1 tbspn rice flour

Chopped dhaniya patti

1 tspn chilli flakes

1 tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder

½ tspn haldi powder

½ tspn ginger-garlic paste

Salt to taste

Oil for frying



Take a mixing bowl add corn, besan, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi and salt to taste.

Add dhaniya patti and mix well with sprinkle some water.

Heat pan add oil and fry all bhajiya till golden and crisp.

Serve hot with tomato sause and one cup of tea.
