Now takw a bread slice and trim off the edges.

Roll the bread slice as thin as possible, this prevent bread from absorbing oil.

Place the one table spoon of dahi stuffing in one side of bread slice, brush some water around the bread ends for sealing.

Roll and press the edges to seal them tight, else the stuffing will be in oil while deep frying.

Prepare all dahi bread roll and keep aside.

Now heal the oil in oak or deep pan and deep fry the dahi bread rolls on medium heat.

Fry all bread rolls till they turn golden brown, drain out on tissue paper and serve hot.
