Any type of Paratha recipe are a very popular in India. It is typically made and serve with a served with a spiced vegetable- based stuffing in a wheat flour dough. Always  Paratha can be served without any curries. One of the such huge popular north Indain Paratha is dahi Paratha . It is simple and easy to make Indian Paratha recipe made with curd or dahi and wheat flour. It is one of the perfectly spiced and tasty Paratha recipes. The dough contains all the necessary spices and flavours, and you can serve this Paratha without any curries.

For making a perfect curd Paratha, you can make dough for use all purpose flour, but for making healthiest I always use wheat flour. Second thing is before mixing curd make sure to curd is whisking it properly, so that it gets mix properly with dough. Better you use some sour and thick curd for better flavours and taste. You can make this Paratha round or square in shape, I have shaped these Paratha triangle shape.

Preparation Time- 10 min.

Cooking Time- 10 min.

Type- chapatti or Paratha

Serve- 4 person

Ingredients- 

 

Wheat flour- 2 cup

1/2 tspn turmeric powder

1/2  tspn red chilli powder

2 tbspn chopped corianders leaves

2 tbspn chopped  mint leaves

1/2 carrom seeds

2 tspn oil

1 tspn chopped or ginger paste

1 cup curd or yoghurt

Salt as per taste

 

Method-

Take a bowl or thali add wheat flour.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, ajwain(carom seeds) dhaniya patti, pudina(mint) patti, gunger paste, and oil mix properly.

Now add 1 cup curd and mix well and knead  the soft dough.

Knead to a smooth and soft dough adding curd as required.

Grease oil and rest the dough for 15 min.

Now pinch a ball sized dough and dust with wheat flour.

Roll gently to medium thickness.

Spread ½ tspn oil or ghee and dust with wheat flour.

Now fold the half and again spread oil and dust wheat flour and fold triangle shape and roll gently.

You can make Shape of Paratha on your choice shaped.

Now a heat Tawa or pan and placed the roll paratha and cook for a min.

When the ine side is partly cooked flip the curd Paratha.

And spread the oil or ghee on Paratha and press the slightly of both side.

Flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

Now Paratha is ready to serve.

Serve hot with any type of pickle and raita.
