Fara is a typical North Indian dish. It is very popular in dish in Uttar-Pradesh and Bihar. It is made during special and auspicious occasion. It is an authentic dish which in made with rice flour and wheat flour also. It is made very less ingredients but taste is very delicious. You can add these fara in your Sunday breakfast and as a evening snaks.
Dal fara serve with any type of green chutney like dhaniya chutney or carry chutney or Tamato sause.
Preparation time- 10 min.
Cooking time- 30 min.

Ingredients-
1 cup chana dal
3-4 garlic clove
4-5 green chilli
1 tspn cumin seed
½ tspn turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
3-4 tbspn chopped coriander leaves
Method-
To start a dal fara recipe first you soaked chana dal for four-six hour or overnight.
Take a mixer add soaked chana dal, garlic clove, green chilli, and make a paste.
Now add turmeric powder, zeera, and salt and mix properly.
Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Now take a flour wheat and make a soft dough with water.
Make thik puri out of the dough and add the dal paste on one side of the puri and cover with the other side.
Take a oak or karahi add two glass of water and let it boil. After boiling water add 1 tbspn oil and add all fara in water, boil it 12-15 min.
After boiling fara strain water and wash well for remove sticknessnd let it cool.
After cool at room temperature cut the fara in pieces for frying.
Take a pan and fry the all fara till golden fry.
Serve hot with dhaniya chutney or any green chutney or sause.
You can add these fara on your breakfast and as well as evening snacks.
If you want to make these fara with rice flour then make a dough of rice flour and all fara steam in steamer only. Don’t boil it.
