This pickle recipe is prepared just with garlic pods and is referred as garlic pickle. This recipe is an instant version and the shelf life should be 2-4 weeks’ minimum.

Garlic pod 3-4
2 tbspn oil for frying
1tbspn lemon juice
½ tspn red chilli powder
¼ tspn black salt
½ tspn chat masala
Salt to taste
Take garlic pod and peel skin and keep aside.
Take pan add oil heat and fry all peeled garlic pods.
Fry some light golden brown.
Remove garlic from oil and add in mixing bowl.
Add red chilli powder, salt, chat masala. Black salt and lemon juice, mix well all ingredients.
Masala garlic pickle is ready.
Keep in jar and store in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
Serve with your meal and enjoy.
