Everyone knows the traditional and ancient pakora recipes made with chopped onions and gram flour. It is a popular deep-fried snack recipe across India and is prepared for various occasions. But today I am going to share here aate ke pakude with vegetables. The most common way to prepare this snack is with a thin coating of spiced and vegies wheat flour batter to make layered fritters.

Pakora recipe is a common deep-fried fritters snack recipe prepared as an evening snack. These are a very easy and simple savoury snack to prepare.

Aate ke pakude is very easy to make recipe and always you can have prepared with tea. Aata is very easily available at home and simple onion potato and tomato is already available at home this pakora has to be deep-fried in low to medium flame for even distribution of heat and finally cooking it evenly. Also, low flame makes it crispier and brittle in texture.

Prepared time- 10 min.

Cooking time- 10 min.

Serve- 2 person

Ingredients-

 

1 cup aata or wheat flour

1 chopped potato

1 small size chopped onion

1 small size chopped tomato

2-3 green chilli chopped

½ ajwain

1/3 tspn haldi powder

½ chilli flakes

Chopped dhaniya patti

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

 

Method-

 

Take mixing bowl add one cup of wheat flour, add chopped potato, onion

And tomato.

Add ajwain, chilli flakes, green chilli, haldi powder and salt to taste,

Add water gradually and mix well all ingredients.

Add water if required bur batter should be thick consistency.

Now heat oil in oak and add small size dumpling and fry till crips from both sides.

Fry all batches same and remove on tissue paper.

Serve hot with a hot cup of tea.
