Paratha is a very quick and easy recipe and these are a very popular in India. We all are very crazy for any type of paratha. It is typically made and serve with a served with a spiced vegetable- based stuffing in a wheat flour dough. Always  Paratha can be served without any curries.

One of the such huge popular north Indain Paratha is  Gobhi Paratha. It is simple and easy to make Indian Paratha recipe made with cauli flower and wheat flour. It is wonderfull flavour and crispy taste will definitely serves as a delight for you. You can prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner also.

Mostly gobhi paratha is made with stuff cauliflower in atta  but I never made stuff gobhi  paraha. I always prefer mix gobhi mixture in atta for making paratha. This method is very easy and quick for making paratha

Preparation Time- 15 min.

Cooking Time- 10 min.

Type- chapatti or Paratha

Serve- 4 person

Ingredients- 

 

Wheat flour- 2 cup

½  tspn turmeric powder

3-4 chopped green chilli

2 tbspn chopped corianders leaves

½ ginger paste or chopped

½  carrom seeds

½ saunf

½ red chilli powder

½ zeera

2 tspn oil

1 tspn chopped or ginger paste

Salt as per taste

 

Method-

Take a gobhi florets and wash warm water, now great the gobhi florets with the help of grater.

Take  oak or pan heat 1 tbspn oil, add carom seeds, sauf, zeera and sauté for a sec.

Now add ginger paste, chopped green chilli sauté for a sec.

Now add grated cauliflower turmeric powder, chilli powder and add salt as per taste.

Mix well and cover the pan stir occasionally  and let them cook for 5 min or till mixture dry.

When mixture is become ready let them cool at room temperature and add coriander leaves.

Now take a thali or big bowl add 2 cup wheat flour and mixture of cauliflower mix well and knead a soft dough help of water.

Knead soft dough and rest the dough for 10-15 min.

Now pinch a ball sized dough and dust with wheat flour.

Roll gently to medium thickness.

Now a heat Tawa or pan and placed the roll paratha and cook for a min.

When the one side is partly cooked flip the gobhi Paratha.

And spread the oil or ghee on Paratha and press the slightly of both side.

Flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

Now gobhi Paratha is ready to serve.

Serve hot with any type of pickle and raita.
