Ingredients-

250 gm roasted chana or gram

2 tbspn milk powder

2 tspn milk

4 tspn desi ghee

1 cup/ 100 gram of jaggery or gur

Chopped almond and rose petals for garnishing

 

Method-

 

Take roasted chana add in grinder and make fine powder.

Add 2 tbsp. milk powder and 1 cup of jaggery or gur.

Grind well and keep aside.

Take a thali put all mixture in thali and add desi ghee mix well.

Now sprinkle some milk and mix well.

Tale modak mold and add chopped almonds and rose petals.

Keep mixture in modak mold tightly and give shape.

Now demold of modak very gently and ready to be served.
