Preparation time- 5 min.

Ingredients-
Red chilli- 200 gram
saunf 2 tspn
jeera 2 tspn
methi 1 tspn
ajwain 1 tspn
mustard powder 2 tspn
oil 4 tspn
amchoor powder 1 tspn
hing- 1 pinch
salt to taste
Method-
Wash the fresh red chili and in sun light for half n hour.
After dry the chopped chili in small pieces and crush the all chili in chopper or grinder.
heat pan add saunf, jeera, ajwain and methi roast for one min.
Take mustard seeds and make a fine powder in crusher or grinder, keep aside.
make fine powder of all roasted spices.
take mixing bowl add chopped chilli and add ready masala powder and salt.
hing, mustard powder and amchoor powder mix well.
Take a pan and add mustard oil for heat, add hot oil in chili mixture..
After that add oil in whole mixture and mix all ingredients properly.
Take a pickle jar and fill it with red chili pickle.
Now instant red chili pickle is ready. You can store this pickle in air tight container or pickle jar for almost one year.
Serve this pickle or aachar with plain paratha, or any type of stuff paratha.
You can serve this pickle with khichadi also.
