Mostly we all reach out for rice puffs which are used in making bhel but now a days the puffs of Nachni, Jowar and Bajra are easily available in any store of every cities.

Jowar bhel is easy to make recipe take just two min. and ready to serve. It is very healthy for everyone, and too much mouth-watering recipe for evening snacks.

Ingredients-

2 cup of roasted jowar

2 tbspn chopped onion

2 tbspn chopped tomato

2-3 chopped green chilli

Chopped dhaniya patti

½ tspn chaat masala

½ black salt

½ roasted jeera powder

Salt to taste

½ tspn oil (mustard)

Half lemon juice

Any type of green chutney

 

Method-

 

Take mixing bowl add jowar and all chopped ingredient’s mix well.

Now add lemon juice mix well

After that add nylon bhujiya mix and serve immediately.

Enjoy jowar bhel with family in evening snacks.
