Kitchen is an integral part of our home and most Indian women spend a major time in cooking for their loved ones. Cooking and maintain   the kitchen is very tough .But we can make it easy with the help of some tips and tricks.

Working in kitchen can really be fun if you know some basic keys. Here are some special tips to make your work interesting and comfortable.

 

 1– When curd is becomes sour then add a cup of water and wait one hour . Now stain water hence curd becomes sweet.
2- When you feel a problem of Ant then put the  mustard oil in all the corners in the rooms.
3- Put the 3-4 clove in sugar container to keep ants at bay.
4- When boiling eggs ,add a pinch of salt to keep the shells from cracking.
5- Always store mushrooms in paper bag in the refrigerator.
6- Put some rice grain in with your salt to absorb the moisture.
7- If  you are making gravy and accidentally burn it, just pour it  into a clean pan and continue cooking it.
8- To prevent chopped brinjal from turn  black keep them in salted water.
9- Always keep dough covered with a moist cloth to avoid a dry crust from forming on it.
10- Add a tbsp. of fresh lemon juice when cooking rice to get fluffy and whiter grains.
11- If you keep a piece of blotting paper at the bottom of the container, it will keep biscuits fresh for a longer time.
12- Apply some lemon juice on the cut surface of the apple to avoid browning. They will look fresh for a longer time.
13- Apply mashed banana over a burn on your body for cooling effect.
14- To keep celery fresh for a long time, wrap it in aluminium foil and place in the refrigerator.
15- Place some chopped onion in the vessel having burnt food, pour boiling water in it, keep 5 minutes and then clean.
16-To remove the skin of almonds easily, soak them in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
17-. Immerse coconut in water for ½ an hour to remove its hust.
18 – When boiling milk smear ghee on the edges of the vessel to prevent overflow.
 

 

 19- While making dosas, put two tbsps of cooked rice into the batter. The dosa will flip over easily and will be crisper.
20- While boiling corn on the cob, add a pinch of sugar to help bring out the natural sweetness.
