Makhana Kheer is indeed the perfect dish to celebrate a festival or just an after-meal dessert at home.
It is very easy to make and rich in nutrition’s value.

Preparation time- 5 min.

Cuisine – dessert
Milk full cream ½ liter
Makhana or fox nuts one cup
Desi Ghee for roasting
Sugar 4 tspn,
Some dry fruits as per your taste
Rose petals for garnishing
Heat pan add ½ tspn desi ghee add makhana and roast till crisp.
Take grinder add roasted makhana make fine powder.
Take pan add half liter milk let it boil.
When milk reduce half add makhana powder and mix well.
Now add sugar and some dry fruits lets cook.
Cook 2-3 min. more and flame off.
Lets serve garnish with some almonds and rose petals and enjoy.
