Mango Ladoo Recipe tastes so good and they are completely different from the regular ladoos. It can be made instantly with just three ingredients.
Mangoes and coconut are a match made in heaven and these laddoos not only are tasty but nutritious too. Mangoes are full of vitamins and give you instant energy. You can add into snack box for lunch or your kids snack box. If you have any sudden guests in home and you have homemade mango puree, you can prepare this for them during mango season.

Serve- 4 person
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1 cup Dessicated Coconut , and more to coat
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 pinch Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
Heat a thick bottomed pan and dry roast desiccated coconut for about 2 minutes or till fragrant. Do not brown and make sure you do not burn it.
Once it is done, add in the mango pulp and stir till combined well.
Add condensed milk, and cardamom powder to the mango coconut mixture stir well to combine. Keep stirring continuously.
Once the mixture reaches a doughy consistency and comes together, switch off flame and allow to cool.
Once cooled pinch out a small ball and roll between palms, roll the ladoo in desiccated coconut powder. Repeat till all the ladoos are done.
Serve mango laddoo and enjoy with your loved once.
You can add more nuts if you want.
Store this mango laddoo one week in refrigerator.
