During the winter season, we love to experiment with recipes made of besan to make evening snacks. Among many varieties of evening snack. One of snacks recipe I will share today that is very crispy and spicy. It is Mirchi Bhajiya. It has very unique recipe.

To give a much more crunchy flavour, we add rice flour with gram flour. It is very easy to make just slice mirchi into small pieces and mix with besan and fry for golden.

This bhajiya need very less ingredients.

Usually, this type of cut mirchi bhajiya  is served as starter recipes in your kitty parties with tomato ketchup. Hope you will like this recipe too much.

Corn Bhajiya 

Preparation time- 2 min.

Cooking time- 5 min.

Serve- 2 person

Cousin- Evening snacks

 

Ingredients-

Badi wali mirch- 4 to 5

2 tbspn besan

1 tbspn rice flour

Chopped dhaniya patti

1 tspn chilli flakes

1 tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder

½ tspn haldi powder

½ tspn ginger-garlic paste

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

 

Method-

Take a mixing bowl add chopped mirch, besan, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi and salt to taste.

Add dhaniya patti and mix well with sprinkle some water.

Heat pan add oil and fry all bhajiya till golden and crisp.

Serve hot with tomato sause and one cup of tea.
