Namkeen Puri is very tasty and crispy dish. Made with only wheat flour, salt and kalungi (onion seeds). It goes up in your breakfast well on Sunday. You can serve in lunch box of your children. This is very easy to make and quick recipe. These Puri serve with some mixed pickle and with a cup of tea.

Preparation time-5 min.

Cooking time- 15 min.

Type- snacks

Serve- no. 12-15 puri

Ingredients-

Wheat flour- 3 cup

Kalungi or onion seeds- 1 tspn

Salt as per your taste

Oil for moen(mix)- 2 tbspn

Water for making dough

Oil for frying

Method-

Take a thali add wheat flour, kaloungi, salt and oil and mix properly.

Mix till when oil are mix well in flour.

Now make a soft dough with help of wate

r.

After making dough keep the dough for 10 min.for resting.

Now take a pan or oak heat sufficient oil for frying.

Now with the help of rolling pin make a normal size Puri.

Add Puri in oil for frying and cooked golden brown of both side.

Serve hot with some mixed pickle.
