Ingredients-
Palak one bunch
Paneer cubes 100 gram
Tomato one no.
4-5 garlic clove
2-3 whole red chilli
Giner 1 tbspn
Oil one tspn
Salt to taste
½ jeera
2 tbspn chopped onion
½ dhaniya powder
½ tspn garam masala
½ tspn haldi powder
½ red chilli powder
Method-
Take one bunch palak wash properly and keep aside.
Take pan add water and boiled add washed palak, tomato, garlic ginger and whole red chilli blanch for 2 min.
Switch of flame add palak in chilled water for maintaining that green colour.
Take grinder add blanch palak, ginger, garlic, chilli and, make fine paste.
Take boiled tomato in grinder and make fine paste.
Heat pan add ½ tspn jeera and chopped onion saute one min.
Now add palak paste and tomato paste saute 2 min.
After two min. add haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder
And garam masala and saute.
Now add salt to taste and saute masala well.
After that add grated paneer and mix well.
Add water as required consistency of gravy.
Switch off flame garnish with grated paneer and serve hot with chapati or naan.
