Tamato Palak is a vegetarian side dish recipe can sereve chapatti or dal rice. When Palak is cooked with tamatar to kill  bitterness of Palak. This recipe is highly nutritious, Palak is rich saource of Iron, magnesium and calcium and tomato is rich saource of vitamin c.

Palak tamatar is delicious recipe. This is makes very nice combination of palak tamatar that are simple taste and highly nutritious dish.This is very easy to make recipe.

Preparation Time- 10 min.

Cooking Time- 20 min.

Sereve- 4 person 

Ingrédients-

 

Palak 1 bunch chopped

Tamato 1 medium sized

Garlic- 4-5 cloves

Ginger- 1 tspn chopped or paste

Onion- 1 medium sized chopped

Bay leaf- 1-2

Green chilli – 2-3 chopped

Whole sabut lal mirch

Cumin seeds- 1tspn

Garam masala- 1 tspn

Tuemeric powder- ½ tspn

Hing- 1 pinch

Salt to taste

Oil- 1 tbspn

Method-

First we washed Palak  properly and chopped  and chopped tomato.

Take a pan heat oil and add hing, bay leaf, whole lal mirch, cumin seeds, garlic and chopped ginger and sauté for seconds, and add chopped onion sauté   till the raw smell goes and it turns light brown colour.

Now add the turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and sauté for 1- 2 min.

Now the add chopped spinach and  stir properly.

Let it cook on medium flame and   water has dried up.

When the veggie are cooked off the flame.

Serve hot with chapatti or dal rice.
