Paneer Cheese Cutlet Recipe | Paneer Tikki Recipe | Paneer Starter Recipe easy and tasty cutlet recipe prepared with crumbled and moist paneer mixed with some vegetables and spices which is later pan fired or deep fried till crisp. It can be an ideal party starter or appetizer which is also a favourite kid’s snacks recipe for tiffin boxes.
Mostly a Indian cottage cheese or Paneer based cutlet filled with protein and all the vegetable nutrient which not only makes it healthy but tasty too. While there are several ways of preparing this simple paneer cutlet, this recipe is a mixture of grated paneer and boiled mashed potato and stuff with cheese. Certainly a treat and starter delight for vegetarians lovers.

Ingredients-
For making cutlet-
200 gram paneer or cottage cheese (grated)
2 medium sized boiled and mashed potato
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped onion
2-3 chopped green chilli
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tspn oregano
½ tspn black pepper powder
1 tspn chilli flaks
½ cup mozerella cheese
Salt to taste
4 tbspn bread crumbs or corn flour
Oil for frying
For maida paste-
2 tbspn maida
2 tbspn corn flour
½ tspn red chilli sause
½ tomato sause
½ tspn black pepper powder
Method-
Take a large mixing bowl combine well all the ingredients listed for cutlet.
Now prepare maida paste by combining 2 tbspn corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ tsp red chilli sause, ½ tspn tomato ketchup and ½ cup water.
Mix well to form lump free and flowing consistency batter.
Prepare a small ball sized patties greasing hand with oil. Greasing oil prevents dough from sticking.
Take patties or tikki make space in centre and fill with cheese.
Make all paneer cutlet alike.
Now dip in prepared maida paste and cover batter all sides.
Further coat with bread crumbs all sides.
Now shallow fry or deep fry or pan fry in hot oil.
Fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.
Paneer cutlet is ready for serve.
Serve Paneer Cutlet with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Note-
I add only capsicum you can add more vegetable like carrot, peas etc.
Even you can bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 12 minutes.
