Peanut Burfi Recipe is very easy to make recipe. It is very delicious and mouth dissolving Indian sweet which is can be prepared for special occasions and festivals. Even you can also serve it as a dessert after your everyday meals.
It is very easy to prepare and takes very less time to prepare. For this mouth dissolving dessert you need just two ingredients peanuts and sugar, if you want to add some milk powder you can add but it is just optional. If you want only peanuts taste in burfi so you avoid milk powder.

Ingredients-
Peanuts- 1 ½ cup
Sugar-1 cup
Ghee- 1 tspn (optional)
Almonds- for garnishing
Cardamom powder ½ tspn
Method
Take a pan and roast all peanuts and let it cool.
After that remove skin of peanuts.
After removing skin of peanuts keep in grinder and make fine powder.
Take a pan add 1 cup sugar and half cup of water let it boil.
When boil the sugar add peanuts powder in syrup and make a smooth mixture.
Add cardamom powder and ghee and stir continuously, after 6-8 min it will turn slightly thick and keep stirring constantly.
Now switch off the flame and pour the mixture in grease plate or thali.
Keep in room temperature and let it cool.
After 3-4 min, take a small piece of mixture and make a ball and flatten in palm and top with almonds.
Make all mixture of burfi same process.
Peanuts burfi is ready to serve.
Note- If you want to add milk powder so add milk powder with peanuts powder.
You can use jaggery instead of sugar.
