rava toast recipe  or suji toast recipe or bread rava toast basically a bread toast recipe prepared from rava or semolina batter which is also known as eggless French toast recipe. It is very easy recipe for breakfast. It is an ideal breakfast recipe and certainly can also be a lunch box or tiffin box recipe of your loved once. You can add more vegetables like sweet corn, beetroot, cucumber etc. do not apply the prepared rava batter on both sides, otherwise the bread may turn soggy.

Ingredients

1 cup suji or semolina

½ cup of fresh curd

One small chopped onion

One small chopped tomato

2-3 chopped green chilli

1 tspn chilli flakes

Chopped coriander leaves

2 tspn chopped capsicum

Salt to taste

Ketchup or green chutney for serve

Butter or oil

Method-

Firstly, in a small mixing bowl take 1 cup rava, ½  cup curd and  mix well.

Combine all the ingredients well and make a batter.

Further add 1 green chilli, one chopped onions, 1 small chopped tomato, 3 tbsp capsicum, and 1 tbsp coriander.

Also add ½ chilli flakes and salt to taste.

Combine all together.

Further rest for 10-15 minutes or till rava turns soft.

Take bread apply suji mixture on bread.

Heat tawa add butter or oil add prepared bread.

Also spread butter or oil on the other side of the bread.

Once the rava side bread roasts well, turn over.

Roast the butter side bread till it turns golden and crisp.

Finally, cut the rava toast and serve for breakfast or add in lunchbox of your kids.
