Soya Chunk Puri

It’s very healthy puri for kids and elders also .Its easy to cook and has a great taste . In this soya Chunk Puri recipe nutritious and delicious.  

Preparation Time- 20 min.
Cooking Time- 15 min.
Serve- 3 people 

Ingradients-     
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup basen (gram flour)
  • ½ cup Soya granules (soaked & grind)
  • 1 tbspn Carrom Seed
  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ tbspn finally chopped green chilli
  • ½ tbspn ginger & garlic paste 
  • 1 tbspn oil for dough
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying puri

Method-

Take in a bowl and add wheat flour, basen, grind soya chunk, Carom seed, green chilli,
 ginger & garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt and  add 1 spoon oil .  All ingredients  mix
 properly Now add little water at a time and start kneading the dough. It Should be smooth 
and tight.   Cover the   daugh and let it  rest for   ½ hour.

After ½ hour your dough is ready for puri . Divide the dough in to 12 equal sized portions,
 make smooth ball out of it. Roll the all puri’s. Now heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. 
Once hot slice one puri in to hot oil. By gentle pressing using back of slotted   spatula fry 
them. It will help poori to puff up. As it is puffed up and bottom side is light brown the flip it. 
Fry the other side until it is light golden brown in color, Remove it from the oil using slotted 
spoon and place on paper towel. Fry all the pooris same way and serve with Allo ki sabji or
nuterlla Aloo Curry
