Tofu is a great source of good-quality vegan protein. However, it can be a little hard to get used to its flavour, especially if you don’t know how to cook it. But with this teriyaki tofu, you won’t have to worry about that ever again.
Tariyaki tofu is actually Japanese cuisine and here I am going to share this recipe with you it is totally Indian version.
Among other tofu recipes, this one is definitely one of my favourites. It is super flavourful and delicious, as well as really easy to prepare. In fact, it is ready in just 10 minutes with only few ingredients. You must try once this recipe.

Ingredients-
200 gram Tofu
3 tspn corn flour
1 tspn soya sause
1 tspn tomato ketchup
1 tspn red chilli sause
1 tspn sesame seeds
2 tbspn chopped capsicum
1 tspn chopped ginger and garlic
1 green chilli chopped
2 tspn oil
Method-
Take mixing bowl add cubed tofu add 2 tspn corn flour, ½ tspn red chilli powder and some salt mix well and coat well.
Heat pan add 1 tspn oil add coated tofu and fry till crisp.
Now take bowl and add 1 tspn soya sayse, 1 tspn red chilli sause, 1 tspn tomato ketchup, 1 tspn white vinegar and 1 tspn sesame seeds.
Mix well all ingredients.
Same pan add ½ tspn oil add 1 tspn chopped garlic, 1 tspn chopped ginger and 1 green chilli saute 30 seconds.
Add chopped capsicum in cubes saute a min.
Now add prepared sause combine well.
Add little water and mix.
Take one tspn corn flour make slury and add in gravy.
Add sauted tofu and combine well.
Now add half cup of water and cover cook for 1 min.
Tariyaki Tofu is ready to serve.
Garnish Tariyaki Tofu with sesame seeds or green onions and serve immediately with rice.
You can keep leftover Tariyaki Tofu in air tight container in fridge for
2-3 days,
