Today I am sharing a very Interesting and delicious raita recipe Its Green pea’s raita. All my family members like too much Green pea’s raita especially in winter.  You can use frozen green peas or fresh. Green peas are low in calories and contain several vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They’re also high in fibre and protein.

This raita is healthy and absolutely delicious. You can just have it as a meal in itself.

You can serve this raita with pulao and as side dish.

Preparation time- 5 min

Cooking time- 5 min.

Serve- 2 person

Cousin- side dish (raita)



1 cup fresh peas or frozen

½ tspn roasted jeera powder

½ tspn red chilli powder

½ chat masala

½ sugar

½ black salt

½ salt

Chopped dhaniya

1 cup of fresh curd

1/3 tspn jeera




Take pan add jeera and chopped green chilli and saute seconds.

Now add green peas add little salt and cook.

Now mashed cooked peas with masher.

Take bowl add curd add sugar, salt and mix well.

Now add roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black salt, and mix well.

Now add mashed peas and mix after that add chopped dhaniya patti and mix.

Garnish with peas and dhaniya and serve.
