Bathua Ka Paratha is a winter special recipe prepared using this nutritious leafy vegetable. Enjoy making these Bathua Ka Parathas with the help of an easy and detailed recipe . I have already post Bathua ka saag.

Ingredients-

Bathua ka Paratha or roti

·         2 cup wheat flour
·         1 teaspoon carom seeds
·         1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
·          water as required
·         1 bunch bathua saag
·         1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
·          salt as required
·          refined oil as required

Method-

Clean bathua leaves and wash them in the running water. Take a deep pan, add enough water and add bathua leaves. Boil for some 10 minutes or microwave for 5-7 min.
After boiling bathua strain water and coarsely grind in blender or chopper.
Take a large bowl, add wheat flour with coarsely chopped bathua leaves and use your hands to mix the two ingredients well.
Add carom and ginger- garlic paste, green chilli and sprinkle salt.
Mix all the ingredients well to form soft dough with the help of water.
Dough  will take on a nice green colour. Mix until a soft dough is formed.
Now, place a part of dough on a flat surface and make regular roti, or make like triangle paratha.
Heat tawa and place the round roti on it, spread oil or ghee over the roti and flip the roti.
Cook until both the sides are cooked. Place the roti on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil.
Serve hot with curd and pickle.

I am blog Author, I love my hard discipline. Writing and cooking is my passion. Love myself I do. I love that I have learned to trust people with my heart, even if it will get broken. I am proud of everything that I am and will become. My opinion is that cooking is the best hobby to have, because it can be very useful in life. There are so many reasons I love to cook, cooking is one of those things that just comes naturally for me, For example when I am cooking I have very little time to think, because the cooking is challenging my mind and taking my mind off the stress of everyday life. I love to cook is because it keeps me stress free.
